Team Standards
Our bookkeepers are required to fulfil four standards.
- Education
- Experience
- Testing
- Training.
They must also have:
- Full or part completion (or willingness to undertake) a Minimum of Cert IV in Finance (Bookkeeping).
- Minimum of 3 years bookkeeping experience.
- Successfully completed Skills Assessments and Training Modules.
Many applicants will claim that they are proficient in MYOB but often you find the opposite to be true when they start the processing. So we utilise our Skills Assessment to test the applicant’s proficiency in MYOB and general bookkeeping skills.
This must be completed successfully before they have an interview. That helps enormously to weed out inexperienced candidates.
Once selected they complete our Training Modules – intensive theoretical and practical training in all aspects of our system before qualifying as either one of our Certified or Specialist Bookkeepers.
